What youll do:
- Be a go-to HR advisor for regional and site leadership on workforce planning, performance, and employee relations
- Lead and coach a corporate HR Recruitment team who support field locations
- Own talent acquisition strategy for the network, including hiring plans for high-volume hourly roles and site leadership positions
- Manage complex employee relations cases- investigations, terminations, accommodations, with consistency and sound judgment
- Keep FMP compliant across multiple state and local employment laws
- Spot patterns across sites and bring systemic issues back to HR leadership to fix at the root, not case by case
- Support the rollout of new HR tools and processes, including manager self-service and training
What you bring:
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years leading people
Experience supporting a multi-site, geographically distributed workforce from a corporate role, distribution, manufacturing, retail, or logistics backgrounds are a strong fit
Experience owning or closely partnering on talent acquisition, ideally for high-volume hourly/frontline hiring
Strong employee relations skillset, including investigations and complex case management
Working knowledge of employment law across multiple states
A track record of getting things done with a lean team and a lot of ground to cover
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP a plus
