Qualifications
In order to qualify for the Senior Human Resources Specialist, AD-0201 Band D position which falls under the 0201 occupational Series, you must meet the following requirements by 11:59 pm EST on 07/24/2026:
RELEVANT YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Applicants must meet the following relevant years of experience to qualify for this AD-0201- Band D (GS-14 equivalent) position:
7 years of comparable federal service experience serving as a senior HR advisor in the recruitment and placement of senior executives, including Senior Executive Service (SES), Senior Level (SL), Scientific or Professional (ST) positions, and equivalent executive hiring authorities ensuring alignment with agency and OPM regulatory requirements. Provides expert advisory services to senior leadership on a broad range of human resources matters - including compensation, recruitment and staffing, and workforce planning.
