Senior HVAC Service Technician

EES Facilities Services is looking for a full-time Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our leadership team!

• Compensation: $32-$45 per hour (Based on experience) + Performance Bonuses

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Way: Perform expert diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on commercial systems (RTUs, Chillers, Boilers, and Controls).
• Be the Expert: Be the front line of our customer service. Engage with customers to fully understand their systems and needs. Perform HVAC systems troubleshooting, repair, commissioning, and preventative maintenance of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Mentor: Help level up our junior techs by sharing your knowledge on-site and providing front line technical support.
• Consult: Work with our team to identify equipment replacement needs and provide technical input on projects and jobs.

What You Need:

• Experience: 7+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience.
• Credentials: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). Valid EPA Universal Certification (NATE or State License is a plus). Valid driver’s license required.
• Local Knowledge: Comfortable navigating Dayton, West Central Ohio and the surrounding areas. Must be able to travel to customers throughout the day; Overnight stays may be necessary on occasion.
• Mindset: A team-oriented individual with a "fix it right the first time" attitude.
