We are looking to hire an experienced Technician to support all locations with the maintenance and repairs of buildings and kitchen equipment.Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year (Compensation is based upon experience)Job OverviewWere looking for a skilled, self-sufficient Maintenance Technician who can serve as our go-to fix-it person across all locations - diagnosing and repairing commercial kitchen equipment, handling preventative maintenance, and keeping our facilities running at their best. This role is best suited for a technician who can work independently, diagnose issues quickly, and keep equipment running with minimal downtime. This is not a custodial role. You will be one of our primary points of contact for equipment repair and preventative maintenance across the organization. As such we need someone with real technical ability who can take ownership of equipment across our entire operation.ResponsibilitiesCommercial Equipment Repair:Fryers and oil filtration systemsCombi ovens, fryers, grills,Taylor & GarlandWalk-in coolers and freezersIce machinesDishwashers and small appliancesCooktops, stoves, and ovensThermostats and control systemsGas lines, hoses, and fittingsWater filtration systemsPreventative Maintenance:Execute scheduled preventative maintenance across all 12 locationsMaintain refrigeration, ice machines, and fryer systemsIdentify issues before failure occursTrack repairs, parts usage, and recurring problemsFacilities Support:Perform light building repairs and general upkeepHandle floor care, drains, and pressure washing as neededRespond to emergency repair needsOrder and manage parts inventoryRequirements3+ years experience in commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC, or refrigeration repairAbility to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues independentlyValid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
