We are known for our fast growth and a culture centered around our core values of being entrepreneurial, service-minded, fun, and authentic.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORWe seek a Sr. Manager, Corporate Accounting (Franchise) to manage our accounting team's daily activities, solve problems, and ensure timely, accurate work. You will build relationships across the organization and support our accounting success.Oversee accounting processes for royalty calculations, international billing, and revenue recognition.Develop trust with brand partners to support their growth.Manage period-end close activities including reconciliations and journal entries.Review results, evaluate variances, and assist with forecasting.Coordinate with audit teams to ensure compliance.Introduce efficiencies and streamline processes.Contribute to financial transformation projects, including ERP upgrades.Manage and develop direct reports.Prepare accounting memos on significant transactions.Lead special projects as needed.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Accounting.Strong communication skills.Technical accounting knowledge.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.Management or team leadership experience.CPA certification required.WHO YOU AREYou are proactive, humble, collaborative, and driven to improve.
