Senior Manager Financial Reporting

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of External Reporting to oversee SEC reporting, financial disclosures, and quarterly earnings activities. This individual will work closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and continued process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quarterly and annual SEC filings, including financial statement footnotes, MD&A, and XBRL tagging.
• Coordinate quarterly earnings releases, financial schedules, and investor relations materials.
• Monitor SEC and FASB developments and assess their impact on financial disclosures.
• Improve reporting processes through automation, technology, and increased efficiencies.
• Partner with internal teams on ESG reporting, new accounting standards, and special projects.
• Maintain strong SOX controls and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of SEC reporting experience within public accounting or a combination of public accounting and industry.
• Strong understanding of SEC regulations and financial reporting requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Workiva, Hyperion, and/or SAP preferred.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines, multiple projects, and competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to identify process improvements and work effectively across departments.
