Senior Manager, Valuation & Financial Advisory Services

We're recruiting for an experienced valuation professional who loves digging into complex engagements, developing people, and delivering standout client service. You'll run engagements from kickoff to final report, coach a talented team, and have room to grow into client development and thought leadership as your career takes off.

What You'll Do

Lead great work

• Run valuation engagements for tax, financial reporting, M&A due diligence, litigation, strategic planning, and shareholder matters
• Manage scope, staffing, budgets, and deadlines across multiple projects at once
• Build and review income, market, and asset-based models, reports, and exhibits to keep quality high and standards met
• Explain findings clearly to clients and stakeholders, and solve problems before they become issues

• Support career development conversations with practice leadership

Grow the practice

• Build trusted client relationships through responsive, high-quality service
• Partner with firm leaders on proposals, presentations, and new opportunities
• Contribute to recruiting, training, articles, and events, with more client leadership and business development responsibility over time

What You Bring

• Bachelor's in finance, accounting, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• ASA, ABV, CFA, or similar credential
• 5 to 8 years of valuation and corporate finance experience, including leading complex engagements
• Hands-on experience across DCF, guideline public company and transaction, excess earnings, relief-from-royalty, and other core methodologies
• A track record of reviewing work and supervising and mentoring teams
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Clear, confident communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
• A positive, client-first attitude and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
