We are seeking a Senior Manager, Vendor Management to join our clinical operations team, supporting vendor governance across our clinical trial portfolio. In this role, you will oversee vendor performance, compliance, and relationships while helping drive digital transformation and AI adoption across the vendor ecosystem, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, DSOE's Change Management function, and key external partners.

  • Location: Warren, NJ or Armonk, NY
  • Travel percentage: Up to 25%

Discover your role:

  • Oversee vendor performance and health within your segment, ensuring delivery to time, budget, and quality
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, serving as primary point of contact for escalations
  • Lead the integration of new vendors into Regeneron's operating model, including alignment to digital infrastructure and AI-enabled tooling
  • Conduct quality and compliance assessments, developing corrective action plans as needed
  • Champion inspection readiness, coordinating preparation and follow-up activities with vendors
  • Drive digital enablement and AI-assisted workflow automation across the vendor ecosystem
  • Mentor team members and collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen vendor management practices
  • Lead governance meetings, including agendas, minutes, and timely follow-up on action items

This role requires:

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in the pharma industry in operations and/or vendor management, including 10+ years of experience in clinical project/trial management within biotech/pharma
  • Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA, EMA, and other relevant regulatory requirements
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective customer focus

Nice to haves:

  • High aptitude with Microsoft Office and clinical technology platforms (e.g., eTMF, CTMS, EDC)
  • Experience championing digital transformation or AI adoption initiatives
