Senior Partnership Accountant

Key Job Responsivities

• Manage global partner accounting processes, supporting all aspects of partner financial administration across the firm.
• Calculate and process partner payments, prepare partner financial statements, and manage partner capital accounts-including capital calls, loan drawdowns, and repayment schedules.
• Prepare partner-related journals and reconcile partner accounts in Elite 3E, ensuring accurate cash and accrual balances.
• Assist with budgeting and cash‑flow analysis related to partner remuneration and firm liquidity planning.
• Lead partner onboarding and offboarding financial reviews, conducting meetings to explain financial obligations, statements, and capital arrangements.
