Senior Payroll Specialist 
Our client, a premier global investment firm based in Boston's Back Bay is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join its established team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role supporting payroll for 1,000+ U.S. employees in a fast-paced, highly sophisticated organization.

This position will pay between 90-100K on a base salary depending upon experience and fit. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Process multi-state bi-weekly payroll using ADP
• Handle off-cycle payroll payments and payroll-related adjustments
• Record payroll activity and reconcile journal entries in Workday
• Manage deductions, fringe benefits, and 401(k) elections
• Reconcile monthly payroll bank statements
• Resolve employee payroll questions and issues
• Support annual payroll/corporate audits and HR/Finance projects

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of payroll experience
• Strong ADP experience; ADP Workforce Now preferred
• Experience with Workday
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to manage confidential information and meet deadlines in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
