Job Summary

SBS Creatix is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a fast-moving Network Infrastructure team in the St. Louis area. The position is hybrid, 3 days a week on site in St. Louis. In this role, you'll work directly alongside Project Managers to keep multiple initiatives organized, on schedule, and within budget. You'll be in the middle of the action — attending stakeholder meetings, tracking project data, managing documentation, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Responsibilities

- Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures

- Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings; document and follow up on action items and decisions

- Analyze project data to identify trends, issues, and risks

- Prepare presentation materials and project status updates for meetings

- Track project deadlines and assess the impact of scope or schedule changes

- Ensure all projects adhere to established frameworks and that documentation is maintained accurately throughout the project lifecycle

- Assess project risks and issues and recommend solutions where applicable

- Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members

- Coordinate resources, equipment, and information in support of assigned projects

- Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed

Required Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination or project management support role

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

- Must be located in the St. Louis metro area

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on IT or Network Infrastructure projects

- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar project/service management platforms

- Experience supporting a formal PMO or structured project management organization

- Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
