Job Description
- Managing ground up solar / energy projects from foundation to turnover
- Successfully lead construction projects valued over $50M+
- Delivering on time and within budge projects for clients across Michigan
- Create and maintain the master schedule
- Assist in preconstruction planning
- Oversee Project Engineers and delegate tasks
- Work alongside Superintendet and subcontractors to deliver successful projects

A successful Project Manager should have:
- Experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
Bachelors Degree (preferential to Construction or engineering degrees)
6+ years experience minimum as lead Project Manager on projects
Must have familiarity with the Industrial Sector or Renewables/Energy
Ability to run projects on their own
Familiarity with building a team around themselves

They have several high profile commercial projects coming up and an extensive backlog through 2030 and are looking for someone who can lead. - Base salary: $140-170K, based upon experience
- Annual discretionary bonus up to 15%
