    Description

    Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

    Location

    Westford, MA – This is a full-time, on-site leadership opportunity where you'll collaborate closely with operations, field teams, and executive leadership to drive successful project delivery.

    Note

    Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with 8+ years of mechanical contracting or construction project management experience.

    Job Description

    • Lead multiple mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
    • Provide strategic oversight to Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams.
    • Mentor, coach, and develop project staff while fostering a collaborative culture.
    • Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
    • Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and construction managers.
    • Review contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and project financials.
    • Drive project planning, manpower forecasting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
    • Oversee cost tracking, forecasting, and risk management.
    • Support implementation of VDC, prefabrication, QA/QC, and process improvements.
    • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and future business development.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership on company initiatives and project strategy.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
    • 8+ years of experience in mechanical contracting (HVAC, Piping and Plumbing).
    • Strong leadership experience managing project teams.
    • Experience with large commercial mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing construction projects.
    • Strong financial management, scheduling, and contract administration skills.
    • Experience with Microsoft Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.
    • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
