Title: Senior Risk AnalystLocation: Dallas, TX AreaSalary: $110,000 – $125,000 (based on experience) + BonusJob Type: Full-Time | ExemptBenefits: Eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTOSponsorship: Not availablePosition Summary The Senior Risk Analyst plays a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating organizational risks. This position bridges day-to-day risk analysis with strategic oversight, ensuring operational integrity, compliance, and the protection of company assets and reputation. Working closely with senior leadership, the Senior Risk Analyst designs and implements risk mitigation strategies while overseeing data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive informed decision-making.Experience in actuarial analysis and/or reinsurance is highly desirable, along with experience working with insurance carriers and filing rates for state and lender approval.Duties & Responsibilities Risk Management & Pricing Conduct risk assessments across operational, financial, compliance, and strategic domains.Provide pricing adjustment recommendations based on performance data, loss ratios, and market trends.Work closely with insurance carriers on pricing, program changes, and risk‑sharing arrangements.Prepare and submit rate filings for state regulatory approval and lender approval as required.Support audits and internal control evaluations; recommend improvements to risk governance.Collaborate with legal, compliance, and insurance teams to address contractual and regulatory risks.Monitor regulatory changes and support policy and procedure updates.Data & Reporting Produce accurate, standardized monthly reports by program.Handle ad hoc reporting requests and conduct root cause analysis for data anomalies.Translate operational and compliance needs into clear data requirements for IT and analytics teams.Maintain data governance standards for accuracy, security, and retention.Collaboration & Leadership Mentor junior analysts and coordinate cross‑functional risk‑related projects.Serve as liaison between operational teams and leadership for risk matters.Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, risk management, finance, or related field (Master's a plus).4–6 years of combined experience in risk management, compliance, or related analysis.Automotive third‑party administration (TPA) experience required.Actuarial, reinsurance, and/or insurance carrier collaboration experience preferred.Proven ability to analyze vehicle class performance and recommend strategic pricing adjustments.Experience preparing and filing rates for state regulatory approval and lender approval.Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and governance frameworks.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
