We're looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Sales Development Manager to join Deltek's Sales Development leadership team, based in a hybrid capacity from our corporate headquarters in Herndon, VA or Tampa, FL. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, shaping future sales talent, and operating at the centre of a modern, data-driven sales organisation. As a senior leader within Sales Development, you will play a critical role in advancing Deltek's mission to modernise and scale a world-class go-to-market organisation. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Managers and SDRs, partnering closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to drive pipeline quality, performance consistency, and long-term talent growth. Deltek offers a fast-paced, progressive environment with a structured and mature sales development model. In this role, you'll gain broad exposure to the full software sales lifecycle, collaborate across functions, and have access to career pathways throughout Deltek's global organisation. Many of our senior sales leaders began their careers in Sales Development, building foundational skills that enabled them to move into leadership roles across product lines and regions.
5 + years' experience leading high-performing Sales Development or Inside Sales teams, with a proven track record of results.
