Senior Staff Accountant to join their team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on accounting, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is ready to take the next step in their career.
Location: Onsite | MondayFriday, 8 AM5 PM SW Houston
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Prepare financial statements and analyze variances.
Handle fixed assets, depreciation, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Assist with audits, sales tax filings, and GAAP compliance.
Identify process improvements and provide guidance to junior accounting staff.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills.
Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and Excel.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing deadlines.
