Job Description
Senior SuperintendentLead and manage all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project completion. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Maintain project schedules and ensure critical milestones are achieved. Enforce company and project-specific safety standards and procedures. Oversee quality control and ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and contract requirements. Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and closeout activities. Work closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule, cost, or quality. Conduct regular site meetings and maintain clear communication across the project team. Experience managing complex, occupied, or highly regulated healthcare environments is highly preferred. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety, and quality control. Ability to lead large subcontractor teams and coordinate multiple trades. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction technology and project management platforms.$130,000 - $150,000 base salary. Annual bonus potential.
