Description

  • Manage daily on-site operations and ensure adherence to project schedules.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain workflow.
  • Monitor job site safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Review plans and specifications to identify potential risks or conflicts.
  • Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets established standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel and subcontractors.
  • Track and report on project progress to stakeholders.
  • Resolve issues promptly to minimize delays and disruptions.

Profile

  • Commercial construction experience as a Superintendent with experience delivering healthcare, education, commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects
  • Strong understanding of hospital, medical office, or healthcare facility construction
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms preferred
