Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage overall project schedules, including short-term planning.
- Allocate labor resources and establish working budgets aligned with project goals.
- Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues to maintain momentum and quality.
- Track and control costs related to labor, materials, and equipment to ensure profitability.
- Lead self-perform crews and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Champion client satisfaction by understanding and meeting expectations.
- Foster a positive team culture through clear communication, mentorship, and motivation.
- Provide guidance and support to other field supervisors.
- Promote a safety-first mindset and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Represent the company professionally to clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
- Build trust and credibility through consistent communication and integrity.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience leading commercial construction projects from start to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
- Proven track record of independently managing completed projects as a Superintendent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients and teams.
