Senior Superintendent - Construction

Our Senior Superintendent will be resonsible for:

• • Lead all onsite construction operations from project startup through completion
  • Develop, manage, and maintain master project schedules
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel
  • Drive site safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety programs
  • Manage project logistics, phasing plans, and site sequencing
  • Conduct weekly subcontractor coordination and owner meetings
  • Oversee quality control and commissioning activities
  • Coordinate complex MEP, process piping, laboratory, and specialty equipment installations
  • Collaborate with Project Management on budgets, forecasts, procurement, and change management
  • Maintain proactive communication with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants
  • Mentor Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, and field staff
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards

The ideal Senior Superintendent will have:

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with significant Superintendent experience
• Experience leading ground-up or complex tenant improvement projects
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, site logistics, quality control, and field management
• Proven ability to manage large subcontractor teams and multiple project stakeholders
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Life sciences, laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, semiconductor, or advanced technology project experience
• Experience with clean rooms, cGMP environments, research facilities, or mission-critical spaces
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, and Bluebeam
