What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

* Review applications, complete pre-screening questionnaires, and schedule top talent for on-site interviews
* Drive targeted sourcing initiatives across assigned locations to convert high-quality applicants into hires
* Support key recruiting-related projects and align departmental OKRs with broader HR initiatives
* Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service through rapid follow-through and prioritized urgency
* Leverage AI applications and modern sourcing platforms to optimize applicant pipelines and reporting

Minimum Requirements:

* Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Minimum Experience: Experience in talent acquisition, high-volume recruiting, or hiring operations
* Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with:
1) Professional ATS and internet sourcing platforms
