Senior Technical Recruiter – IT & Digital Transformation

POSITION PURPOSE

Baltimore Aircoil Company (BAC) is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter – IT & Digital Transformation to lead full-cycle recruitment for enterprise technology and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

This role will focus on attracting and hiring talent in areas such as SAP/S/4HANA, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, network engineering, cloud modernization, infrastructure, digital enablement, and technology leadership.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience recruiting within enterprise technology environments and will be comfortable partnering with senior technology leaders, including the CIO, Directors, and enterprise architects, to support BAC’s global digital transformation strategy.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for enterprise technology and digital transformation positions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for highly specialized technical talent, including passive candidates.
• Partner with technology leadership to understand workforce needs, business priorities, and future talent requirements.
• Recruit for enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, network engineering, enterprise architecture, and technology leadership roles.
• Support hiring initiatives related to SAP/S/4HANA, ERP modernization, cloud transformation, digital enablement, and global infrastructure programs.
• Manage senior-level and executive technology searches, including Director-level and above roles.
• Build strong relationships with external search firms, industry networks, and technology communities.
• Provide market insight to hiring leaders regarding talent availability, compensation, and competitive trends.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Use recruiting data and metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and improve hiring outcomes.

NATURE AND SCOPE

The Senior Technical Recruiter – IT & Digital Transformation will report to the Sr. Talent Acquisition Leader, Global Coordination and will partner closely with senior technology and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent in support of BAC’s global technology strategy.

This role requires a strong consultative recruiting approach, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and the technical understanding needed to support complex enterprise technology and digital transformation hiring needs.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 7–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on enterprise technology roles.
• Experience recruiting for SAP, S/4HANA, ERP transformation, or digital enablement initiatives.
• Proven success recruiting technical talent across areas such as:
  • Network Engineering
  • Cybersecurity
  • Identity & Access Management
  • Security Operations
  • SD-WAN / SASE
  • Network Segmentation
  • Cloud Infrastructure
  • Enterprise Architecture
• Experience supporting global digital transformation or enterprise modernization programs.
• Demonstrated success recruiting Director-level and above technology leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence senior leaders.
• Experience partnering directly with CIOs, CISOs, technology directors, enterprise architects, and senior business leaders.
• Strong sourcing capability, including passive candidate engagement and market mapping.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.

Preferred

• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or operational technology environments.
• Experience supporting global infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of plant-floor technology, industrial networking, OT, or connected factory environments.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing strategies.
• Prior experience recruiting for global or multi-region technology organizations.

BAC Hiring Compensation Range $91,858-$157,470
