ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Artera is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter who thrives in two modes: as a strategic, relationship driver who excels at hiring great AI and technical talent, and as the hands-on builder of a workplace people love showing up to.
You'll spend about 70% of your time driving full-cycle technical recruiting across AI, engineering, product, and related functions, and the remaining 30% serving as the anchor of our Seattle office — shaping the local employee experience, running engagement programming, and keeping our space running smoothly.
You will also be the face of Artera in Seattle. This is a role for someone who doesn't want to choose between recruiting and people ops — you’ll get to do both well, own a geography, and build a meaningful presence as we launch our next physical hub in Seattle, where we've been growing a remote team for over a year. You will report to the SVP of People to align with our broader talent and people programs, and work closely with our CTO (also Seattle-based) on hiring strategy and local culture, giving you visibility into both the talent strategy and the organization you're hiring for.
Please only apply if you are able and willing to work out of our Seattle Hub 5 days per week.
We want this to be a fast, transparent, and mutually beneficial process. Here are the steps you can expect from our interview process...
At Artera, we believe the best work happens when people are truly connected. Our AI services model has shown what’s possible when small, focused teams move fast together — the speed of collaboration, pace of career growth, and quality of what we build can become stronger when teams share space. As we grow, we want every new teammate to feel part of an in-person community from day one.
That’s why we are focusing our U.S. hiring in three cities, where we are investing in offices and building strong local teams:
Unless a role’s posting states otherwise, new U.S. roles are based in one of these three cities, and candidates should reside in (or be willing to relocate to) one of these areas. Each location follows an in-person schedule that reflects how our local teams work best; we’ll walk you through what to expect for your specific role and city during the interview process.
Focusing on offices and hiring in a few locations, rather than spreading thin across many cities, lets us invest deeply in each one so every team has real community, mentorship, and momentum in person.

All hiring decisions at Artera are based on strategic business needs, job requirements, and individual qualifications. All candidates are considered without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetics, protected veteran status, or any other protected status.
