This position involves supporting the Food & Beverage team under supervision to ensure efficient and profitable restaurant operations. The role requires providing prompt, courteous service to guests in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, and candidates must be at least 21 years old. Applicants must meet all necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities, with no felony, theft, or stealing convictions. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check is required, along with obtaining and maintaining a gaming license. Navajo preference applies.
