Our 3-story rooftop patio bar takes drinking in Austin to a perfect 77°, the optimal cocktailing temperature. We've got a palette-pleasing assortment of finger foods, and some mind-altering hookah flavors as well. Job Summary We are looking for an energetic, attentive cocktail waitress who is committed to providing a high-quality experience to our customers. The server’s responsibilities include speaking with customers, taking drink and food orders, making recommendations, processing payments, and ensuring that customers’ needs are met and they have an excellent experience. You should be a skilled multi-tasker with a passion for customer satisfaction and knowledge of our menus. To succeed as a cocktail waitress, you should be friendly, proactive, and efficient. Cocktail waitresses should also be passionate about the food, drinks, and hookah they serve to create a fun, enjoyable experience for every customer. Responsibilities
- Create a clean and healthy space front and back of house
- Communicate clearly with coworkers and guests
- Work well with others
- Cleanliness of bathrooms and storage areas
- Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties
Qualifications
- Previous bar/restaurant experience preferred
- ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification, or willing to obtain
- TABC Certification or willing to obtain one
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills
- Works well with others
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
