Key Responsibilities: Scheduling: Promptly answer incoming calls and online inquiries to schedule service appointments.Customer Communication: Educate customers on service options, address concerns, and explain wait times or costs prior to their visit.Coordination: Liaise between the customer, service advisors, and technicians to ensure an efficient workflow in the service department.Follow-up: Confirm upcoming appointments and contact clients post-service to ensure complete satisfaction.Record Keeping: Log customer details accurately in the Dealership Management System and maintain an organized schedule.Assist service customers with obtaining vehicles loaned by the dealership.
