Job Title: Service Delivery Manager 
Location: West Coast / Bay area CA or Austin TX
Salary Range: $150,000-$180,000/yr plus 15% bonus

Position Summary

Fully onsite. You will manager other SDM's

• Own end-to-end delivery P&L for large account
• Define and drive scalable delivery model (onsite/offshore, cost optimization)
• Lead SDMs and ensure consistent delivery execution across programs
• Drive SLA performance, governance, and operational excellence
• Own escalations and executive client relationships
• Partner with sales to shape and support large managed services deals

Success Metrics
• Delivery margin and profitability
• SLA/KPI adherence
• Client satisfaction & renewals
• Delivery scalability (cost optimization)
• Support for large deal wins

Requirements:
Managed Services Experience.
20 years overall experience.
P&L experience with large accounts.
Experience managing SDM's
Strong client engagement / management experience.
Good experience managing SLA's and driving performances and conducting QBR's.
