    • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively
    • Implement retention strategies, follow-up processes, and promotional service programs

    Operational Oversight:

    • Oversee daily service operations including appointment scheduling, workflow, and technician dispatching
    • Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer standards and are completed on time
    • Manage shop resources, equipment, and cleanliness
    • Monitor technician productivity, shop capacity, and service lane performance

    Financial & Performance Management:

    • Analyze departmental financials including labor sales, gross profit, and overhead costs
    • Control expenses while driving revenue growth and upsell opportunities
    • Prepare performance reports and develop action plans to improve profitability
    • Oversee warranty, internal, and customer-pay processes with precision

    Compliance & Safety:

    • Ensure full compliance with CDJR OEM guidelines, dealership policies, and local regulations
    • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing all safety procedures and environmental standards
    • Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials

    What You Bring:

    • Prior experience as a Service Manager in a CDJR dealership or high-volume domestic store
    • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair processes, warranty systems, and service operations
    • Excellent leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
    • Ability to manage budgets, control expenses, and drive financial performance
    • Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and scheduling tools
    • High attention to detail with a customer-first mindset
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    Education & Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Technical or vocational training in automotive repair strongly preferred
    • 3–5+ years of service management experience in a dealership environment

    What You’ll Gain:

    • Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses
    • Health, dental, and vision insurance
    • 401(k) with company match
