What You’ll Do:

️ Provide whole-house plumbing diagnostics & solutions on every call
️ Diagnose plumbing systems and customer needs to offer customized solutions
️ Present 6 relevant solutions for every customer
️ Offer affordable monthly payment options for all services
️ Ensure every job is fully completed with no loose ends
️ Maintain a 4.9-star rating on Google, Facebook, Yelp, and other platforms
️ Keep truck stocked and organized to stay ready for every job
️ Help foster a positive, high-performance team culture

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 18 months of plumbing experience
Expertise in drain equipment, cameras, jetting, pro press, gas systems, and water systems
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive
Strong time management and communication skills
A team player who takes pride in their work

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this position.
