Licensed Service Plumber Position Summary This individual is responsible for the assembly installation retrofit and repair of pipes fittings and fixtures for heating cooling water and drainage systems utilizing accepted industry practices and theory. Essential duties and responsibilities • Installation of new and existing plumbing systems for commercial industrial buildings • General knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems. • Repairs and maintains plumbing systems and fixtures. • Understanding materials required for plumbing project tasks. • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with customers and co -workers. • Able to work both independently and as part of a team. • Ability to troubleshoot diagnose and resolve problems. Education and Experience • Four years of experience working as a licensed plumber doing service calls repairs and remodels. Experience working in the commercial sector is highly preferred. • Experience with boilers pumps and familiarity with building mechanical systems.
