Work Environment/Safety : Primarily field-based in commercial/industrial settings (indoor/outdoor, mechanical rooms, rooftops, varying weather); exposure to noise, dust, heights, water, sewage, chemicals, and confined-space hazards; must strictly adhere to OSHA regulations, plumbing codes, conduct hazard identification, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, respirators (as needed), and steel-toed boots at all times—safety is our top priority and non-negotiable. As a Service Plumber III, you'll operate as a journeyman-level expert in commercial plumbing service, independently diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing plumbing systems across diverse facilities including hospitals, schools, offices, industrial sites, and multi-family/commercial buildings.
