Pay Range: $25-28/hr on w2 Contract

Description:
Responsible for coordinating end-to-end delivery execution in a manufacturing environment, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Works cross-functionally with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and operations teams to manage inventory constraints, resolve delivery exceptions, and support shipping and documentation processes.

Description:
Responsible for coordinating end-to-end delivery execution in a manufacturing environment, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Works cross-functionally with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and operations teams to manage inventory constraints, resolve delivery exceptions, and support shipping and documentation processes.
- Manage and prioritize daily deliveries, including high-priority orders
- Create and process deliveries in SAP following completion of requirements
- Evaluate and coordinate product modifications prior to shipment
- Review inventory availability and collaborate with buyers on stock and safety stock usage
- Coordinate with warehouse and shop teams to pull and stage materials
- Manage shipping details, including methods, schedules, and special requirements
- Resolve logistics issues (e.g., address changes, incoterms, export documentation)
- Create and maintain system transactions
- Process classification requests and support invoicing activities
- Communicate with stakeholders to resolve unclear instructions and ensure delivery accuracy
