Services Specialist

FieldBridge is looking for a Services Specialist – Customer Order and Fulfillment in The Woodlands, TX. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay Rate and Schedule:
$25–28/hour | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime opportunities available | At $28/hr and 50 hrs/week with OT, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,540 gross.

This is an office-based role with flexible remote/hybrid work arrangements available.

Position Overview
FieldBridge is seeking a Services Specialist to coordinate end-to-end delivery execution in a manufacturing environment for a leading oilfield services client. This role ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment by working cross-functionally with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and operations teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize daily deliveries, including high-priority orders
• Create and process deliveries in SAP following completion of requirements
• Review inventory availability and collaborate with buyers on stock usage
• Coordinate with warehouse and shop teams to pull and stage materials
• Resolve logistics issues such as address changes, incoterms, and export documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Background in Oil and Gas or Manufacturing industries preferred
