We're looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Superintendent / Foreman to lead commercial sheet metal projects from start to finish. What You'll Do
Supervise and coordinate union sheet metal foremen and field crews across multiple job sites.
Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Oversee commercial HVAC and sheet metal installation projects while ensuring work meets blueprints, specifications, and industry standards.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to keep projects moving efficiently.
Manage material orders, deliveries, and job site logistics.
Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Identify and resolve field issues related to fabrication, installation, scheduling, and quality.
Drive quality assurance initiatives and continuous process improvements throughout each project.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Sheet Metal Superintendent, Foreman, or similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of commercial sheet metal installation and HVAC systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
Experience supervising field crews and coordinating multiple projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Thorough understanding of OSHA safety standards and job site compliance.
