What You Will Do
As a Shipping Customer Service Associate you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.
A Shipping Customer Service Associate supports warehouse productivity by helping ensure products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This role combines organizational skills, inventory awareness, and safe material handling practices.
The Shipping Customer Service Associate maintains accurate documentation, supports inventory control, and contributes to smooth warehouse operations through dependable daily performance. Attention to detail helps improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
