Job Responsibilities:
- Operate FedEx Ship Manager to process outgoing shipments.
- Package printed orders and verify shipping instructions match work orders.
- Assist the Bindery Department with finishing and post-production tasks.
- Ensure all packing slips are printed, accurate, and prepared for delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized shipping and delivery work area.
- File and maintain customer work orders.
- Assist with general office duties as needed.
- Perform light janitorial tasks to support a clean work environment.
- Serve as an inter-office runner, retrieving archived work tickets and supporting office staff.
- Maintain cleanliness of property grounds.
- Lift and move heavy boxes for shipping, load delivery vans, and assist customers with loading orders into vehicles.
Qualifications:
- Valid California state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work on-call or as needed, especially during busy or peak seasons.
- Forklift Certification preferred.
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
