WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING


As our Showroom Operations Coordinator, you're the behind-the-scenes hero who helps connect our showroom, warehouse, and sales team. You're the go-to person who keeps things organized, customers happy, and daily operations moving.


Your mission: Support the team, elevate the customer experience, and keep everything running smoothly!


ELEVATE THE SHOWROOM EXPERIENCE

• Keep our showroom looking sharp, clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Help coordinate product displays, samples, merchandising, and vendor updates.
• Maintain accurate product tags, samples, and inventory information.
• Assist Members and clients with product samples and selections.
• Keep showroom supplies and common areas stocked and ready to go.

KEEP THE WAREHOUSE MOVING

• Assist with receiving, labeling, organizing, and stocking materials.
• Prepare materials for customer pickups and help coordinate vendor deliveries.
• Provide friendly, efficient service during customer pickups.
• Assist with returns, claims, and inventory organization.
• Work alongside the Warehouse Lead and provide backup support when needed.
• Forklift experience and general Warehouse preferred.

KEEP SALES ON TRACK

• Partner with Account Managers to keep customer projects moving.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, estimates, and customer communications.
• Prepare estimates, process approved sales orders, payments, credits, and refunds.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project notes, and order information in RFMS.
• Monitor open orders and help keep cabinet projects and tracking updated.
• Assist with calendars, appointments, returns, warranties, and claims.

BE THE ULTIMATE TEAM PLAYER

• Collaborate with Account Managers, showroom personnel, warehouse staff, vendors, and leadership.
• Jump in wherever needed to support daily business operations.
• Help onboard and train new team members when needed.
• Bring solutions, take ownership, and help keep the FUN Bus moving!

WHAT YOU BRING

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, administration, or operations, or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and skills. Flooring, wholesale, or building materials experience is a plus!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
• Confidence on the phone and a customer-first mindset.
• Basic math skills and comfort working with numbers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / 365 and the ability to learn systems like RFMS and SharePoint.
• Initiative, dependability, flexibility, and a willingness to pitch in.
• Ability to follow direction, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently as well as part of a TEAM.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the showroom and warehouse, including lifting and moving materials up to 70 lbs with appropriate equipment.

• Knowledgeable about flooring, cabinets, countertops, plumbing, hardware, and customer experience best practices.
• Helping Account Managers and the showroom team operate more efficiently.
• Building strong relationships across the organization.
• Making a meaningful contribution to our customer experience, sales growth, and overall team success.

• Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
