This is a privately owned outpatient orthopedic clinic with a collaborative culture and a strong commitment to clinician development. The practice actively supports the pursuit of specialization and certification, and new graduate Physical Therapists are fully welcomed and mentored. Clinicians here are encouraged to bring their passion and grow it into something meaningful.
About the Role
You will treat patients of all ages in a general outpatient orthopedic setting with a younger patient population focus, seeing 11 patients per 8-hour day. Candidates with experience or interest in hand therapy are especially encouraged to apply, though it is not required. The practice supports clinicians in developing a specialty or pursuing advanced certification over time.
Schedule
Monday through Friday only. No weekends. No major holidays required. Flexible scheduling is available and you will have the autonomy to build a schedule that works for your life.
Compensation
$85,000 to $100,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. A productivity and performance bonus is also available. A sign-on bonus is included.

Requirements
Eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Maryland. Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required. Hand therapy experience is a plus. New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply and will receive full mentorship support. Full-time availability of 40 hours preferred, with part-time consideration for candidates available at least 15 hours per week and PRN candidates also welcome. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
