What Youll Do

As a Site Supervisor, youll oversee daily security operations while providing leadership and guidance to a team of security professionals.

Responsibilities include:

Supervise and coordinate security officers during assigned shifts

Ensure all posts are staffed and operating efficiently

Conduct patrols, inspections, and compliance audits

Respond to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and security concerns

Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation

Coach, mentor, and support security officers

Assist with onboarding and field training for new employees

Enforce company policies, procedures, and post orders

Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions

Promote a safe, secure, and professional work environment

Maintain effective communication with operations leadership and site personnel

What Were Looking For

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience

Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record

Valid Guard Card (required)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent report writing and documentation abilities

Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies

Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to conduct indoor and outdoor patrols

Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned

Ability to work in varying weather conditions

Ability to perform routine driving as required
