Responsible for administering and directly applying speech/language pathology treatment modalities as prescribed by a referring physician. Evaluate and treat all patients who are referred for speech/language. Develop and document treatment plans and goals. Perform other duties as directed and required.
Minimum Requirements
Requires a current Utah Speech Pathologist License.
Masters Degree in speech/language pathology and completion of the clinical fellowship year with a certificate of clinical competence.
Performance of technical skills related to speech pathology.
Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to determine appropriate patient procedures and evaluate results
