Analyze operational processes to uncover inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align initiatives with business goals.
Design and implement strategic plans to boost productivity and reduce operational costs.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations.
Identify and implement automation and tech solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Serve as a liaison between departments, promoting communication and teamwork.
Keep up with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Must-Have:
7+ years of experience in Smart Grid operations
