Cooper’s Plumbing & Air is seeking an innovative, results-driven Social Media Manager to grow our online presence and strengthen our brand throughout South Georgia and North Florida.

What You'll Do
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies that support business growth.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn accounts.
- Create content calendars, manage posting schedules, and coordinate campaigns.
- Monitor trends, engagement, and competitor activity.
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
Content Creation & Brand Development
- Plan, film, edit, and publish videos, photos, graphics, and social media posts.
- Capture service calls, installations, employee activities, and customer experiences.
- Develop creative campaigns highlighting our services, team, and community involvement.
- Attend company events and job sites to capture engaging content.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and calls to action.
Engagement & Performance
- Manage audience interactions, comments, and messages.
- Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and lead generation.
- Analyze performance and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions and recruiting campaigns.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and current trends.
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content.
- Excellent creativity, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Comfortable filming at job sites and company events.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented.
Preferred Skills
- Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Photography, videography, and graphic design.
- Social media scheduling and analytics software.
- Paid advertising and campaign management.
- HVAC, plumbing, or home services marketing experience.
