Soft Goods Production Supervisor

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Soft Goods Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations within a soft goods production department in Worcester, MA. This position is responsible for supervising stitchers, sewing machine operators, sonic sealers, fabricators, cutters, and sewing machine mechanics while ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and efficiency goals are met. Responsibilities include assigning daily work, coordinating staffing and production schedules, training new employees, monitoring employee performance, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The supervisor will also oversee equipment maintenance and repairs, order materials and replacement parts, maintain inventory levels, approve employee timecards, conduct performance evaluations, and work closely with Human Resources on hiring and employee development.
