Job Summary:
  • This Solution Architect position is for the State of New York and they are looking for someone having 4+ years of experience in System Architecture, Cloud Architecture (specifically Azure), and Security Architecture. Additionally, the candidate should have 4+ years of experience with API design, integrations, and DevOps and 4+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Security, ETL/ELT processes, Data Integration, Data Analysis, BI tools, Data Pipelines, and Data Warehousing.
  • Solution Architect to support the CurRent NYC initiative. This initiative aims to enhance landlord services through improved customer service, self-service capabilities, electronic rent payments, and accurate payment tracking across all programs and tenants. Significant enhancements are needed to meet the project's original objectives.
  • The business objectives of the CurRent NYC initiative include developing an application that enhances customer service for all landlords doing business with HRA. This will consist of self-service capabilities, facilitate electronic rent payments, and ensure accurate payments to landlords across all programs and tenants (the "golden " record concept). The current system in production supports CityFHEPS application submission, processing, and eligibility determinations and tracks CityFHEPS landlord and property records. It also enables landlords to create online accounts to submit updated information, view limited payment history, and enroll in electronic payments. However, significant enhancements are required to achieve the envisioned process improvements and fully meet the original project objectives.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 4 Years of experience with System Architecture, Cloud Architecture: Azure and Security Architecture.
  • Minimum 4 Years of experience with API design, Integrations, and DevOps.
  • Minimum 4 Years of experience working with Data Management, Data Security, ETL/ELT and Data Integration, Data Analysis, BI tools, Data Pipelines, and Data Warehousing.
  • Minimum 4 Years of experience with Networking topologies, Architecture Modelling tools, Data Modelling & Design.
