We're looking for a Sous Chef who is excited to learn, grow, and help bring that vision to life every day.
As Sous Chef, you'll help bridge vision and execution.
Responsibilities include:
Leading and supporting the line during service
Maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Training and developing cooks through coaching and setting the example
Ensuring stations are prepared, organized, and service-ready
Assisting with ordering, inventory, and cost controls
Ensuring sanitation and safety standards are upheld at all times
Supporting the kitchen wherever needed from expediting to working the line
The role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed when service is at its busiest.

3+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience
Experience in chef-driven, fine dining, or upscale casual restaurants
Strong culinary fundamentals, knife skills, modern plating and detail-oriented execution
Experience with ordering, inventory, scheduling and cost management
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining standards
Strong communication and organizational skills
A genuine desire to mentor and develop others
