Sous Chef Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Scratch kitchen experience required
- Strong knife skills and solid culinary technique
- Support daily prep, service, and line execution
- Lead and develop line cooks and prep staff
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
- Italian, pasta, or pizza experience is a plus
