Qualifications include:TABC CertifiedTexas Food Handlers certificateExcellent customer service skillsGood memoryFlexible availability in schedulingCapacity to multitaskAbility to work as part of a teamSanitation certificateDegree in culinary or equivalent3–5 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a similar environmentWorking ConditionsThe incumbent will be working in a restaurant setting, on the floor with guests, in the kitchen and dish area. Potential hazards include but are not limited to cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns. Frequent hand washing is required.Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position is responsible for managing and supervising the daily tasks of back‑of‑house staff.Physical RequirementsThe incumbent is required to constantly move around the kitchen. The incumbent is regularly required to talk and hear.
