This high-volume operation serves over 2,000 guests daily across multiple dining concepts and features a diverse, high-quality menu with a strong focus on allergen awareness and clear communication.Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:Proven experience in high-volume food production with upscale cuisine across multiple conceptsAbility to assess daily priorities quickly and follow direction from leadershipStrong multitasking skills, including daily prep and planning for future serviceExpertise in preparing soups, sauces, and foundational recipesCommitment to cleanliness, food quality, and adherence to HACCP standards and proceduresExcellent time management, organization, and a strong sense of urgencyMaintain accurate weekly inventoryFoster a positive, professional, and respectful work environment team-oriented and approachable.
