Greet walk-in clients in Spanish and English with confidence and professionalism
Take control of the front desk and manage multiple customers at once
Answer and route calls correctly on the first attempt
Capture complete and accurate client information every time
Schedule appointments and keep calendars organized
Scan, upload, and file documents the same day
Track messages, follow-ups, and daily tasks without reminders
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby
Follow written processes and checklists consistently
Support sales and service staff by preparing clean, usable information
Fluent in Spanish and English
Clear speaking voice and strong listening skills
High attention to detail
