About the Role:
Manage all aspects of an assigned portfolio of Classified loans, and provide support to Leader and Senior AE's in Special Assets Group, including identifying exit and recovery strategies ensuring the relationships meet corporate standards for risk, profitability, factoring and asset-based lending services, and financial controls.
What You Will Do:
Works closely with SAG Leader and others to manage portfolio, including manage direct portfolio of Classified loans. Takes timely action so client losses are minimized and do not exceed budgeted standards. Assists with the restructuring and liquidation of distressed loans. Ensures timely and accurate reporting of asset quality, impairment, and charge-offs. Maintains strong relationships with business units to ensure smooth asset transitions. Monitors collateral values and ensure compliance with loan covenants and regulatory requirements. Assists with implementation of workout action plans, including restructurings, forbearance agreements, legal actions, evaluating bank collateral and documentation, and recommending alternative solutions as well as judgment/foreclosure litigation, asset liquidation and bankruptcy. Ensures all advances and loans comply with loan policy and approved structure with required legal documentation. Manages portfolio through complete and current knowledge of client's financial condition, management's performance and industry trends, and take timely action so client losses are minimized and do not exceed budgeted standards. What You Will Need:
Bachelors degree or equivalent education and work experience 5+ years of experience in commercial banking, credit risk, with emphasis in special assets management. Collection, loan restructuring, and workout experience required. Thorough knowledge of banking regulations and compliance. Project Management Workout Experience Alternative Energy Workout Experience, including Solar, Battery, and RNG SBA and USDA Workout Experience Customer service Communication skills (verbal & written) Collaboration Financial Acumen

Salary Range:
$104,000- $174,000 The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
